Understanding venous insuffiency
Do you really know what venous insufficiency is?
Venous insufficiency is caused by a lack of vein tone, resulting in an inability to properly return blood from the feet to the heart. It leads to the unpleasant sensation of heavy legs, accompanied by tingling, swelling, and in advanced stages, varicose veins and ulcers.(1)

Wash at 30 °C or even 40 °C, without fabric softener. The stockings should then be wrung out without wringing, and should not be tumble-dried. To dry properly, lay them flat away from a source of heat, and keep them out of direct sunlight (5)
